So I cleaned my bathroom this morning. It feels good. Now I have to fold and put away laundry. LOTS of it. 6 people worth. Then clean up the kitchen. Maybe even go to the store and get the stuff to make a pumpkin pie or a cheesecake. Today is Louie's birthday!
I think I need to stop procrastinating. That really is a huge "fixable" flaw of mine. VERY BAD HABIT. I understand sometimes you can't do everything in advanced. But somethings you just have to get up and "Just Do It". I hope we can Spring Clean before we leave for vacation. It's so nice to come home to a clean house and clean sheets. I have come home to a messy house after vacation. Not so nice to come into. The following week my best friend should be coming in. I really hope she does. I really miss her.
Someone on FB mentioned that in 2 years will be our 10 year HS reunion... WOW. Now I feel kinda old. Sounds funny, I am only 25. It's amazing what being out of HS and it's drama leaves your life so much .... happier? I really didn't care for high school. I skipped most of my Jr. year. My Senior year, I had Mila and had to make up for all my PROCRASTINATION! Yeah... But some of those days were fun days. LMAO ... Sometimes I can't believe some of the things that happened. There are times now where I wish I would have known some of the knowledge I know now. But then I don't think I would have come as far as I am right now.
I really want to dance right now. I want to take classes and learn something fun. Preferably couples dancing, to work on trust. The Tango or Cha Cha comes to mind. In couples dancing you have to trust your partner. The follow (the feminine part) has to trust her lead (masculine part) to direct her. If she doesn't trust him then the dance won't go smoothly. They for a moment have to become one. She has to let down her guard and let him guide her through the dance. For a person who loves control in her life, I would like to loose it for just a moment. For a song. A dance. I would like to let him and music take us somewhere.
My first PG -13 Love story with "SEX" in it was Dirty Dancing. Ever since, I have been in love with dancing. What a beautiful movie. The only couple dancing I have learned is swing dancing. I won 2nd place during a swing dance contest my Freshman year. I had a blast, and a great partner. Funny thing is now is he is a Deputy in town and probably wouldn't remember...
